Enjoy one of the largest 2-bedroom units in the estate at over 1,150 sq. ft. compared to the standard 900 sq. ft. units. This ground-level (no stairs), end unit offers extra privacy with only one shared wall, unlike most other complexes where neighbors surround you like an apartment. You’ll have the convenience of two dedicated parking spots just for you and have easy in/out access as of the the first buildings.

Enjoy the peace and comfort of this spacious single-level retreat. With convenient keypad entry, there are no keys to keep track of—just check in at your own pace. Located only 2 miles west of Silver Dollar City, you’ll avoid the traffic and slip right into vacation mode.

 

You’ll have your own private parking spot, plus extra spaces available right in front of the home. Step inside to a large living area featuring a leather sleeper sofa and two leather recliners, a Smart TV with cable, free WiFi, and even a dedicated desk space for working remotely or staying organized. The dining room includes a full-size table, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

 

The master suite boasts an adjustable pillow-top bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, granite vanity, and hair dryer. The second bedroom includes a queen bed plus twin bunk beds with a spacious walk-in closet. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combo and hair dryer adds convenience for families and groups. You’ll also have a laundry area with a full-size front-load washer and dryer.

 

Step out onto the back deck to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening meals. Keep an eye out for deer wandering through the woods, and let the distant whistle of the Silver Dollar City train bring a touch of nostalgia and charm to your stay.

 

As a guest, you’ll have the entire home to yourself, along with access to two seasonal outdoor pools, picnic areas, and scenic hiking trails (one leading to a stocked catch-and-release fishing pond). Kids will love the playground, and there’s a basketball court for those who want to shoot some hoops.

House Rules

✅ Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4 PM

  • Check-out: 11 AM

🚭 Smoking

  • No smoking or vaping inside the property or within 50ft (Complex Rules).

  • Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas only (parking lots and roads only) Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

🐾 Pets

  • No pets allowed.  Service Animals specifically trained to perform tasks are always welcome but please note it when making the reservations (ESA animals are not considered "Service Animals" by Federal and Complex rules).

  • Service animals must be well behaved, kept on leash and owners are responsible for any damage.

🎶 Noise & Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

  • Please be respectful of neighbors. No loud music or parties.

👥 Visitors & Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy: 6

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

  • No events or parties unless approved in writing.

🍽️ Kitchen Use

  • You are welcome to use the kitchen. Please wash dishes after use.

  • Please try to limit cooking foods that have strong odors (fish, etc) and vent well out of respect for the next guest.

🧹 Cleanliness

  • Take out the trash on your way out on checkout day.

  • Although professional cleaners will come in after you, please leave the property tidy (no spills, open food on counters, etc.), dishes washed, etc.  

  • Please don't rearrange furniture.  If something IS moved, please put it back before leaving.

🔥 Safety

  • No open flames or candles inside the house.

  • Follow fireplace instructions (electric fireplace)

  • No grills or open flames allowed on the deck (Complex Rules)

  • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

💰 Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Please report any issues immediately so we can fix them quickly.

🚫 Prohibited

  • Illegal activity, drugs, or weapons are strictly forbidden.

  • No unapproved filming or commercial use of the property.
